2010 GARAGE SALE A SUCCESS!

This year's garage sale held on Saturday, April 24th was once again a BIG success with well over 100 homes participating!

Now I won’t lie...the weather this year was TERRIBLE with rain all day….but that didn’t keep the buyers away! Ads were placed in 6 newspapers and on numerous web sites and my wife and I were up at the crack of dawn putting up garage sale signs and balloons. The majority of homes reported good traffic flow and brisk sales.

I hope everyone had a great time, met some new neighbours, and sold lots!...and yes we’ll be doing it again next year!

PUMPKINS DELIVERED AGAIN!
Saturday, October 25, 2008 marked the 5th year of my annual pumpkin delivery day! With the help of friends & family, close to 1,000 pumpkins were delivered to various neighbourhoods in the West Cloverdale area.

This is just another way for me to say `thank-you` to everyone for their business and support over the past several years.

2008 GARAGE SALE
This year's garage sale held on Saturday, April 26th was by far the biggest to date with well over 100 homes participating!

The weather was great which helped tremendously and quite a few last minute decisions were made by local residents to participate...I call these people 'fair weather' garage sale people :-) All joking aside, ads were placed in 6 newspapers and on numerous web sites and my wife and I were up at the crack of dawn putting up garage sale signs and balloons.
The majority of homes reported good traffic flow and brisk sales.

I hope everyone had a great time, met some new neighbours, and sold lots!...and yes we'll be doing it again next year!
